Sharky Competition – Terms and Conditions

Win a month’s worth of FREE laundry services with The Laundry Lady – conditions of entry and prize terms.

1. **Prize Details**:

– Prize: One month’s worth of laundry services with The Laundry Lady valued at $400.

– Prize cannot be redeemed for cash.

– Prize can be used across multiple services, in Laundry Lady’s current service areas.

– Total Prize may be transferred to another person at the discretion of the winner, if the winner does not reside in a current service area.

– Prize is not affiliated with The Shark Tank TV program.

2. **Entry Rules**:

 – One entry per person.

3. **Consent for Marketing Materials**:

 – By completing the online entry form, participants agree to receive marketing materials from The Laundry Lady.

4. **Winner Announcement**:

 – The winner’s name will be posted on The Laundry Lady’s social media channels.

5. **Eligibility**:

 – Employees and immediate family members of The Laundry Lady are not eligible to participate.

6. **Competition Period**:

 – The competition begins on 3 October, 2023 and ends on 31 October, 2023.

7. **Winner Selection**:

 – The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries and notified via the contact information provided in the entry form.

 – If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner may be chosen.

8. **Privacy**:

 – Personal information provided in the entry form will be used solely for the purpose of the competition and marketing communications.
